How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Products are made to order, depending on what stock we have on hand and the volume of orders it can take up to 4-6 weeks before your order is shipped. Orders are usually shipped out within 2 weeks of being placed.
How do I know if a colour combination will look good when I am designing my custom rope halter?
Send us an email or contact us on our socials and we will be more than happy to help out and make your ordering experience as easy as possible. We can provide photos of requested colours in different combinations, noseband styles etc so you can better visualise and confirm your selections before ordering!
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes! We will send an email including your tracking number and we will also keep an eye on how your order is travelling.
Can you do custom sizing?
Definitely! The easiest way to go about this is to use the measurements of a current halter that fits and we will use that. When ordering send us an email or contact us if you would like custom sizing to get the perfect fit.
