How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All of our products are made to order, depending on what stock we have on hand and the volume of orders it can take up to 3 weeks before your order is shipped.
How do I know if a colour combination will look good when I am designing my custom rope halter?
Send us an email or contact us on our socials and we will be more than happy to help out and make your ordering experience as easy as possible. We can provide photos of requested colours in different combinations, noseband styles etc so you can better visualise and confirm your selections before ordering!
Do you offer local pickup in WA?
We can offer local pickup at Brigadoon, WA if this works for you. Please email or contact our socials to arrange.
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes!
Can you do custom sizing?
Definitely! The easiest way to go about this is to use the measurements of a current halter that fits and we can use that as a template. When ordering send us an email or contact us on our social media pages to arrange custom sizing on your order.
